Bookings & Payments
For holiday lets, bookings and payments must be made directly through the agreed method. Any deposits or fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.

While we take every care to provide high-quality services, Top of the Town Cleaning & Property Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
Property Access
Clients agree to provide access to properties for cleaning, management, or inspection at agreed times. We are not responsible for property or items left unsecured outside agreed access arrangements.
Pricing & Changes
All prices are subject to change, but we will communicate any changes to existing clients in advance. Special requests, additional services, or urgent bookings may incur extra charges.
